Where are you located and where do you ship from?
Our online store Fixote is operated by Sphere3D OÜ, based in Estonia.
All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Estonia (EU).
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Estonia and other European Union countries.
If you are outside the EU and interested in our products, please contact us at sphere3dee@gmail.com so we can check possible shipping options.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Estonia: 2–3 business days
- European Union: 3–10 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays or other factors.
Are your products new or used?
Fixote focuses mainly on used and refurbished electronics and parts, sometimes we also offer new accessories.
The condition of each item is clearly described on the product page (for example, signs of wear, battery wear level, cosmetic defects). Please read the description carefully before ordering.
Do your used products come with any warranty?
We test our products before shipping.
If an item arrives not working as described or with a serious defect that was not mentioned in the listing, please contact us as soon as possible at sphere3dee@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will look for the best solution – repair, replacement (if available) or a refund according to our Return and refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as bank cards and/or local online payment options.
All payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Your order will be shipped after full payment is received.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available for the selected shipping method).
You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel on the carrier’s website.
If you have any questions about your order status, please contact us and include your order number.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
If the package is visibly damaged on delivery:
- Ask the courier to record the damage if possible.
- Take clear photos of the package and the product.
- Contact us within 48 hours at sphere3dee@gmail.com with your order number and the photos.
We will investigate the case together with the carrier and find a solution.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, according to our Return and refund policy.
The item must be returned in the same condition, with all accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
Do you provide invoices for business customers?
yes, we can provide an invoice with company details.
Sphere3D OÜ is currently not VAT registered, so VAT is not added separately.
If you need an invoice to a company name, please fill in your company details at checkout or contact us after placing the order.
